RETURNS
To request a return you will need to access our returns portal. From there, indicating whether it is an exchange or a return, you will be able to schedule a collection and track your shipment.
You can return your products in person at any of our stores or send the

SHON MOTT is not responsible for return or exchange shipments that are lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address.
For hygiene reasons, SHON MOTT does not accept returns or exchanges of swimwear and/or underwear.
EXCHANGE
We do not currently offer exchanges on shonmott.com. Should you be interested in a different color or size, please return your item(s) following the above instructions and place a separate order for the new piece.
