RETURNS

For exchanges and returns, please access our returns portal. From there, by indicating whether it is an exchange or a return, you can schedule a pickup and track your shipment.

SHON MOTT is not responsible for exchange or return shipments that are lost in transit or delivered to an incorrect address.

Shon Mott will not accept exchanges or returns of swimwear and/or underwear for hygiene reasons.

In the event that the item has a manufacturing defect, we will proceed with the return and refund of the product amount and shipping costs.
