RETURNS
To request a return you will need to access our returns portal. From there, indicating whether it is an exchange or a return, you will be able to schedule a collection and track your shipment.
You can return your products in person at any of our stores or send the package to: SHON MOTT - C / Amigo, 50. 08021 Barcelona, Spain. Once we receive it and after examining it, we will proceed to the refund as you have requested. Shipping costs are not refundable.
We strongly recommend asking for proof of delivery (signature and name). SHON MOTT will not be responsible for returns that are lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Shon Mott will not accept exchanges or returns of swimwear and / or underwear due to hygienic reasons. If there is a manufacturing fault with the product, you can return the items for a full refund.
EXCHANGE
We do not currently offer exchanges on shonmott.com. Should you be interested in a different color or size, please return your item(s) following the above instructions and place a separate order for the new piece.
